01
Pricing and tiers

The money question, answered first.

What it costs, what is included, what flexibility you have. Real numbers, no soft-pedalling.

What is the difference between the three tiers?

Get Found ($299/mo) makes you findable on Google and AI tools — custom website, ten new pages a month, Google Maps presence, monthly visibility report. Get Recommended ($499/mo) gets your name actually cited inside ChatGPT and Perplexity responses — thirty articles a month, comparison-keyword ownership, citation tracking. Close More, Work Less ($799/mo) layers on the automated sales system — sixty articles, lead capture, CRM, follow-up sequences, bi-weekly close-rate coaching. All three include the custom website.

Two ninety-nine a month seems too cheap. What is the catch?

There is no catch. The price exists because we replace four vendors — your website builder, your hosting, your SEO retainer, and your content agency — with one operator running one stack. The savings is in the consolidation, not in cutting corners. The work itself is what would cost thirty-five thousand dollars a year if you bought each piece separately. We just do not sell it that way.

Why does Close More, Work Less cost so much more?

Because the work is more. Sixty articles a month instead of thirty. Automated lead capture and a full CRM built into your stack. Follow-up sequences that send themselves. Bi-weekly calls with the operator. A dedicated account manager. The tier delivers more, faster, and replaces additional vendors (your CRM, your follow-up tool, your sales coach). If it brings one extra five-thousand-dollar customer per month, it has paid for itself six times over.

Why does the upper tier require a six-month prepay?

Because AI search visibility compounds. The program needs runway to show measurable lift before the first renewal. Without the prepay, we end up cancelling clients in month four — exactly the month before they would have seen the curve start to bend. The prepay is the math of the work, not a sales tactic. Cancel after the prepaid period if you want; you keep everything.

Can I switch tiers later?

Anytime. Upgrade adds the new services starting the next billing month. Downgrade keeps everything we have shipped — your website, every article, every entity surface — and just stops the future cadence. The website is yours regardless of what tier you are on, or whether you stay at all.

02
The website

What you actually get on the site.

Build specifics, ownership, what we use, what we do not use. The website is the asset that stays with you.

Will the website actually be mine?

Yes. From day one, the code lives on your domain with your branding, your content, your photography. You own the file. If you cancel the program a year in, you keep the website and continue running it. No clawback, no shutdown, no asset capture. The site is yours the day it ships and stays yours forever.

What if I already have a website I am happy with?

We rebuild it. The rebuild is included. We move your content into our stack, point your URL at the new infrastructure, and archive your old site. Visitors do not notice the change because the URL is the same. AI crawlers do notice — because the new site is engineered for them to read cleanly, and the old site likely was not.

Does my domain change?

No. Your existing domain points to our infrastructure via DNS. Visitors see the same URL they have always seen. Your email and other DNS records stay where they are. Only the web record changes.

What technology do you build on?

Astro on Cloudflare Pages, with hand-coded HTML and CSS. Self-hosted variable fonts. No WordPress, no Shopify, no page-builder plugins. The output is fast plain HTML at the URL, served from three hundred and twenty global edge locations. There is no admin panel to break and no plugin to update at midnight.

Can I edit the site myself?

You send the edit, we ship it within one business day. Sites that require nontechnical owners to edit their own HTML rarely stay at 100 Lighthouse for long — the smallest plugin or block editor regresses the score within months. Keeping edits routed through us keeps the score and the speed where they belong.

How fast does the website actually load?

Under one second to first paint on mobile, on a typical four-G connection, on a mid-range phone. Average small-business websites take eight to twelve seconds. Google's own research shows fifty-three percent of mobile visitors abandon sites that take longer than three seconds. The speed is the most underrated revenue lever in the program.

03
Content and AI search

The half most agencies cannot see.

Where the work happens that compounds. How content gets written, how AI assistants learn to cite you, what we actually measure.

Is the content AI-written?

AI drafts, an editor finishes, you approve. The AI handles research and first draft. A human subject editor handles voice, accuracy, and the schema decisions that determine whether the page ranks. You see every page before it ships. Pure-AI content does not rank in 2026. Pure-human content does not scale to thirty pages a month. The program is built around the seam where both produce more than either could alone.

Who decides what topics get written?

Each month begins with a keyword set — built from your category, your three named competitors, and the long-tail patterns that AI search platforms reward. You approve the set before the month begins. We never publish on a topic you have not signed off on.

Will my brand actually get cited by ChatGPT?

By month three, on average. The work to get there is technical (schema, llms.txt, answer-engine markup), structural (the pages have to exist and rank), and entity-based (your brand has to be a recognized entity to the model). Programs that promise week-two results are measuring vanity numbers. The metrics that matter lag a quarter — and that is true for every brand in every category.

Which AI platforms do you optimize for?

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. We measure citation rate on the same hundred-and-twenty-prompt set every month across the five platforms, so progress is visible quarter over quarter against three named competitors.

How is this different from regular SEO?

Traditional SEO reads the list of blue links. We read the answer. Position one on Google still matters and we work for it — but forty percent of high-intent queries now resolve inside an AI answer before the SERP ever loads. The brands cited in those answers win the call. Most agencies cannot see this layer because their tools were built before generative search existed.

04
Results and timeline

When the number actually moves.

Honest cadence, real milestones, what the dashboard shows. The compounding kicks in late; we tell you that on the discovery call.

How quickly will I see real results?

First Google rankings on long-tail keywords appear in month two. First AI citations in month three. First attributable inquiries from organic search by month four. Compounding traffic — the curve you actually care about — begins in month four to six. The number does not bend in week two. There is no shortcut around the crawl-index-train latency, and any agency that promises one is lying or measuring the wrong thing.

How do you measure success?

Three numbers, reported monthly. First: organic search visits, attributable to specific published pages. Second: citation rate across the five AI platforms, measured against three named competitors. Third: inquiries received via the contact form, by source. Every dashboard shows the same three numbers, every month, with the delta from last month. No vanity reporting, no obscured metrics.

What if it does not work for my business?

Cancel anytime. No contract on any tier. You keep the website, every article ever published, and every entity surface we filed. The one-time setup covers the custom build, which is yours regardless of how long you stay. We can offer cancel-anytime because the work compounds — clients who would have cancelled rarely do once they see month four.

Do you work with my industry?

We work with local service businesses, B2B service firms, professional practices, and category-defining brands. Industries we have not worked with: regulated finance (compliance overhead), pharma (regulatory restrictions), and adult content. If your category is none of those, the answer is almost certainly yes — and we confirm on the discovery call before any commitment.

05
Luke and the studio

Who you are actually working with.

One operator. One stack. A cap that makes the work possible. The studio is small by design; this is why.

Why only four brands a month?

Because the program runs on a single operator — Luke LaFave — who personally reviews every audit, every pillar page, and every entity filing before it ships. Four brands a month at thirty pages each is one hundred and twenty pages of editorial review, plus the audits, plus the AI search work. The cap is the math of doing the work properly, not a scarcity tactic.

Who actually does the work?

Luke runs the studio. A small bench of subject editors and schema specialists join engagements as the scope requires. There is no permanent team because there is no permanent team — only the people best suited to the work in front of us. When you sign on, you get the person whose name is on the door, not an account manager reporting to a strategist reporting to the person whose name is on the door.

Where are you based?

Wisconsin, on North American hours. The studio is remote-first; meetings happen on video. The work is the same regardless of geography — the AI surface does not care where the operator sits.
